MUSICAL ONI 楽魂

Originally inspired by the Wano arc of One Piece, these illustrations reimagine Black Maria, Yamato and Nico Robin as bold graphic posters influenced by Japanese folklore, music and traditional print design. Each piece combines Japanese visual motifs, limited colour palettes and bold graphic compositions with a different musical instrument and personality.

Created as a personal exploration of character design and visual storytelling, the project laid the foundation for many of the themes and techniques that would later evolve into the Chain of Violence series.
